Silent Hill: Townfall Release Date Theory
While we got a teaser for Silent Hill: Townfall, it doesn’t give anything away, so, at the moment, we don’t know the actual release date of the game quite yet. While the teaser trailer is pretty nice, the short video after it in the Silent Hill Transmission of No Code refusing to give any further details likely means Silent Hill: Townfall is far from finished. Due to this, we are probably looking to 2024 at the earliest for a release date. The whole teaser is dialogue as confusing images play out over a handheld TV that looks similar to a Sony Watchman. The game seems to continue the theory that Silent Hill (if it does mean Silent Hill by “this place”) is a place to judge those who have committed some wrong. The best line in the teaser is, “I think we have done something so awful; we are stuck here in this place being judged by these…people.” For now, this is all the information we have about when Silent Hill: Townfall will be coming out. We’re hoping the announcement that a Silent Hill 2 remake is on the way might help the bad news a little.
